By accessing and using the academic portfolio services provided by Innova IT ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Innova IT provides dynamic, custom-built web portfolio platforms for professors, researchers, and academic professionals. The service includes the design, hosting, and maintenance of digital portfolios intended to display academic publications, research lab data, and professional biographies.

3. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain all intellectual property rights to the academic content, publications, and data you provide (your "Content"). By uploading Content to our platform, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it purely for the purpose of operating your portfolio.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Content does not violate any third-party copyrights, academic publishing agreements, or institutional policies. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

While you own your academic content, the underlying source code, Laravel/React architecture, custom designs, and system templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of Innova IT. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform infrastructure.

5. Fees and Promotional Offers

We may offer specific promotional services, such as a "Free Setup" for a limited number of early adopters. Such promotions are provided at our sole discretion. Standard maintenance fees, SaaS subscriptions, or custom domain renewal costs will be clearly communicated before any charges are incurred. Payment terms are strictly as agreed upon in your service contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

Innova IT provides the services "as is." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. In no event shall Innova IT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to use your academic portfolio.
